Speaking of Paradox cheese’s, it was Matt who introduced me to Sue at Paradox. I love everything Matt and Ashten’s owner Ashley are doing at the restaurant, keeping it local and featuring and supporting local farms and producers at every turn. You’ll hear shout outs here to several local farmers and producers including Lusty Monk mustards and Conscious Cultivator microgreens.
