Combine, butter, cream cheese and all of the spice ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade. You can also blend the mix in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
Blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste
Spoon the mix onto plastic wrap or parchment paper to shape into a cone, to resemble a holiday tree; or shape into a wreath around the edge of a crystal serving platter.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes -or longer to firm up the cheese mix
Garnish by studding the cheese wreath or tree with the pecans, green olives and a few rosemary sprigs
Serve with crackers and enjoy!
