Chop chilies or peppers and tomatoes and combine in a bowl with the sliced peaches and the cubes or slices of avocado.
Arrange Tega Hills Farm lettuce leaves on individual salad plates.
Top mixed lettuces with the salsa. Garnish with microgreen cilantro and serve as is or with chips on the side.
