The Thanksgiving Holiday Bake Sale Raised $3684.00 for Hurricane Relief & Recovery

This hurricane relief bake sale project was the brainchild of Executive Pastry Chef Ashley Boyd and her team at 300 East on East Blvd. in Charlotte, NC. Here she is in the photo above ( on the right) with 300 East Pastry Sous Chef Laney Jahkel-Parrish, left . The two gathered area pastries chefs and bakers just before Thanksgiving for a similar sale in which they raised $3684 to give to hurricane victims. It only stands to reason that the group should continue the holiday bake sale theme with a pre-Christmas sale as well.
